Safely Governing College Boxing Since 1976

1/17
National Tournament

The National Collegiate Boxing Association and the United States Intercollegiate Boxing Association, in consultation with USA Boxing, have jointly decided to cancel their upcoming respective Collegiate Boxing Championships.  This was a very difficult decision to make because our student-athletes have trained hard all year towards earning a championship belt and because we do not have the ability to postpone given the academic schedules of our athletes and member schools.  However, the health, wellness and safety of our student-athletes, coaches, officials, doctors and fans is of paramount importance and this decision aligns with Center for Disease Control, United States Olympic and Para-Olympic Committee, NCAA, and local health organization's guidance

The National Collegiate Boxing Association (NCBA) is the

senior college boxing governing body in the United States.

The NCBA provides student athletes an opportunity to

box at the recreational, intramural, and competitive levels.

Our philosophy and rules provide a safe and level playing

field for both new and experienced athletes.

  • Formed in 1976; A group member of USA Boxing.

  • NCBA Pillars:
